DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
The apartment, of 55 square meters, consists of an entrance to a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom for two people (double bed or two singles), a closed veranda with a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Smart flat-screen TVs with digital terrestrial and satellite are present both in the bedroom and in the living room.
The bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers and bedside tables and is equipped with bed linen, pillows and goose down duvets. Upon request, it is possible to add a cot (camping type), with relative linen.
The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts, on request, into a comfortable double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, hob, microwave with grill, coffee makers, hob, hand blender, pots, dishes and kitchen linens.
The kitchen table is for 4/6 people.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and a large 90 × 90 cm shower (with shower box) and is equipped with towels and hairdryer.
There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, a clothesline with pegs, a basin and cleaning equipment.
Free wi-fi access is available to guests of Casa De Paoli.
In the bedroom and living room there is an air conditioning system that ensures coolness in summer and heat in winter. The windows are aluminum with double glazing with mosquito nets.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at Casa De Paoli. For them there will be a cot (camping type) on request, games, books, a high chair / booster seat, dedicated crockery, non-slip mat for the shower and a set of towels.
DISABLED
Casa De Paoli is located on the 4th floor, but it will be necessary to climb several steps to get to the elevator entrance and this does not allow easy access for wheelchairs.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
The apartment is equipped with an emergency light, gas, monoxide and smoke detector. There is also a first aid box, security door and a small safety deposit box.

Pets are not allowed.
